I love having the opportunity to serve the youth of the Thumb through YFC!

My wife Kerri and I both graduated from Lakers in 2009. Following graduation, I attended Spring Arbor University where I received my bachelor’s degree in Pastoral Ministry. In 2013, Kerri and I began working at Michindoh Outdoor Education school where we taught hands-on science and leadership skills to junior high students. While at Michindoh, I also co-lead the Leader in Training program which was a summer program for high school students that emphasized social and spiritual growth in a leadership environment. In the fall of 2013, Kerri and I got married, moved back to Pigeon, and I began working as the Associate Pastor at Elkton Missionary Church.

During my time at EMC, I continued to develop a passion for the youth of the community and jumped at the opportunity to join the Youth for Christ team. I’ve enjoyed investing in their lives in order to encourage them as they grow spiritually and socially. I look forward to continued opportunities to share the love of Christ with our local youth through my words and actions as we attempt to continue to reach the Thumb for Him!
